If, for any reason, a Tonjoo customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to arrange a return and receive a refund, which will be processed through Paypal and Checkout only.
Our refund policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Web Design Refund Policy
Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Tonjoo and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
